click of a mouse are all participants require to extend their
learning.
Our optional e-follow-up!™ system provides
an on-line environment for participants to share workplace
experiences after applying the course material.
Sharing successes and seeking advice helps
participants work through any difficulties they may encounter.
While participants are encouraged to assist
each other, a facilitator oversees the discussion to ensure
that program objectives are met.
