Ms. Salvatore leads a team of faciltators, consultants and project managers who share a common goal of helping organizations exceed their expectations.

Ms. Salvatore brings many years of experience to each project. She started her career in organizational development at the Royal Bank of Canada and has since worked as a facilitator and respected project manager.
